Dinacharya (translates as ‘daily routine’) is a key component of Ayurveda, the science of self-healing, and can be one of the most powerful tools for improving personal health and wellbeing, as well as a booster for your yoga practice and practice of Life!
Built on the elements and cycles of nature within you, it sets anchors throughout your day to help you establish balance and a smoother rhythmic flow in your life. From waking-up, to self-care, practicing yoga or other exercise, meditating, working, and sleeping, there’s a best time for everything - to go with the current instead of against!
The dinacharya template is tailored to the individual, based on their specific needs and goals to maximize its effect. No single formula or mix of ingredients is right for everyone. A daily routine sets the tone for the day, bringing a sense of calm and well-being, that infuses all areas of your day to support your goals, projects, activities and your physical, mental and spiritual health.
In this session, you’ll learn about the different tools and ingredients to create and implement your own dinacharya, including:

Originally from Ibiza, Spain, Douchka is an E-RYT 200 yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist with over 12 years of teaching experience in yoga science. Curious and passionate about life, she’s an eternal student always seeking for tools among therapies, systems, philosophies and techniques, to infuse in her life and teachings, that can enhance life experience, help connect deeper to the Self, and spread healing through individuals and communities. Committed to sharing her experiential tools with others, she co-founded Yana Shala, a community-based platform providing education and resources for self-development and personal growth. Using those tools and based on cultivating self-care, Douchka and her yoga partner Barb Totzke currently lead and teach 'Manifest your Inner Teacher', a 9-month self-development program, also registered as RYT 200 yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance. She currently lives in Oak Cliff (Dallas), Texas.
