As the night settled on the calm waters of the Euphrates in Iraq, a Navy SOC-R fleet was attacked by the enemy.  Battling through the waters as explosives went off at the left bank, the survivor an American hero, rises above his memories and lets them out in a narrative that tells his story through this painting.
